Materials for accelerator session hosts

Please read these guidelines carefully and follow them. They contain crucial information about text and image requirements for your accelerator session page, registration form and other materials.

Images

You have three options:

The WCEF logo (four versions, available above)

The ready-made Accelerator session stamp (use as an image or as part of an image on your accelerator session’s website and on social media)

Personalised accelerator session image you can make using our image template on PowerPoint. Just pick an image you like, add text (don’t change the setup or fonts), save the file as pptx and then save the slide you want as jpg or png. Please note that the templates are large as they contain plenty of images, so they may take a while to download.

Additional materials for accelerator session hosts

Social media kits and images

These social media kits provide you with ideas for posts on social media and in newsletters. Please always use the event hashtag #WCEF2025 when posting, in order to reach the maximal audience. You can also tag WCEF partners, their handles are in the kits.
