A shift to a circular economy will change job markets considerably: some jobs will disappear, new jobs will emerge and many jobs will change in natureTo ensure a fair transition, it is important to assess and manage the impacts of the transition to a circular economy on the labour market.

This event focuses on the skills and employment in circular economy.

You will hear insights from three recent studies on the topic followed by a panel discussion with leading experts.

In the event we will discuss two key issues:

  • The circular economy is necessary for a transition to sustainable future. But can it bring about well-being, equality and other social benefits too?
