We will set the scene on the structures that will be used to promote interoperability in a fair way. How will entities such as GAIA-X or the proposed Data Innovation Board complement the current institutional framework and voluntary mechanisms of data sharing? Or how should their activities be organized in a way that they support the needs of the developing European data spaces?
We will also discuss what the balanced use of data means. How should the current model of data economy be changed for it to balance the interests of companies, public sector and individuals?
