The new list will include examples of all five circular economy business models: product-as-a-service, renewability, sharing platforms, product-life extension, and resource efficiency and recycling.

Circular economy solutions can be used to save natural resources, which will cut emissions and halt the loss of biodiversity,” says Riku Sinervo, circular economy specialist at Sitra.

A panel of experts, consisting of circular economy specialists from Sitra and its stakeholders, will select the companies to be included on the list.
