Ville Blåfield

Ville Blåfield is a journalist and entrepreneur in the communications sector who shares his time between Porvoo and Helsinki. His most recent publications include a book written in co-operation with journalist Reetta Räty, Kuka hullu haluaa poliitikoksi (Who in their right mind would want to be a politician?; Teos, 2015) and a report in the Impulsseja (Impulses) series of the Kalevi Sorsa Foundation, “Uusi työ, uudet duunarit” ("New work, new workers"; 2017). Among other positions, Blåfield has previously worked as a journalist for the Suomen Kuvalehti journal, as a supervisor for the Nyt-liite newspaper supplement and a development manager for the Helsingin Sanomat newspaper. He produces the political talk show Tasavalta on Radio Helsinki.
