Davinah Milenge

Davinah coordinates several special initiatives on climate change within the AfDB. These include the Africa Nationally Determined Contributions (NDC) Hub, a platform hosted at the bank to support African countries implement their Paris Agreement climate commitments; the Secretariat of the African Financial Alliance on Climate Change (AFAC), an initiative launched by the bank to green Africa’s financial sector; and the Secretariat for the African Circular Economy Alliance (ACEA) hosted at the bank. Davinah also manages portfolio climate due diligence for the bank’s green bonds programme.
