Filippo Candela

Filippo Candela is a psychologist with a Master Degree in Developmental Psychology and a PhD in Psychology. He has published more than twenty papers in the field of developmental psychology and sport psychology. After the PhD he has worked in several profit organizations in marketing and ICT offices as researcher and data analyst.

He is the current Data Scientist of Compagnia di San Paolo and he works in the Impact Innovation Department. His main activities concern the enhancement of Compagnia di San Paolo’s data, the support to the different phases of the data-cycle management (from data collection to visualization and communication), the project management of relevant data projects inside the foundation and the implementation of research that measure the impact of the projects funded by Compagnia di San Paolo.
