Harm Voortman contributes to African companies wishing to develop their businesses and to improve their results.
He was trained as a naval officer at the Royal Netherlands Naval College and has a Master of Science in International Economics and Business at Utrecht University. He is the managing director of Anatrans SARL in Burkina Faso, where he has set up a turnaround programme to ensure the future of the company. Harm also worked as the finance director of Kachema Meat Supplies Ltd in Lusaka, Zambia. He is credited for turning the company around from loss making to return on capital.
