Maria Nurmi is a professional of international and EU communications. She is specifically responsible for communications in the Sitra-coordinated European health-related TEHDAS joint action. The project promotes more extensive use of health data in Europe and is being carried out by 25 countries.

International and EU cooperation is a subject close to Maria’s heart. Her interest in the area was sparked during her time at university, when Maria completed an internship in Brussels and exchange studies abroad. After graduating, her career has focused on demanding international communications tasks both in Finland and abroad. Maria came to Sitra from central government.
