Monika Koncz-MacKenzie works on professional development and learning for the circular economy across the Learning and Business team of the Ellen MacArthur Foundation. She supports the Foundation’s Global Partners and the CE100 – a wider network comprised of businesses, partner universities, governments and cities – by identifying suitable learning pathways and effective learning strategies.
Prior to the foundation, Monika worked as a Senior Learning Designer at LEAD International, where she managed and delivered their cross-sectoral flagship “Leading for Sustainability” programme. Before that she worked with Future Considerations, as a Leadership and Management Consultant working on professional development, organisational development, strategy, sustainability and culture change projects. While with FC, Monika designed and delivered innovative learning programmes, such as the award–winning multicultural leadership development programme for the HSBC group, which combined leadership, sustainability and intercultural diversity skills.
Monika holds a master’s degree from the University of Bonn, where she studied Sociology, Cultural Anthropology and Archaeology. She is an alumna of AIESEC International, is a certified NLP practitioner with ITS and is trained as a coach with the Coaching Training Institute.
