Ron Voglewede

Ron Voglewede has over 25 years of experience in innovation, global engineering and leadership.

He combines his pioneering spirit with his passion for the Earth in his role as Global Sustainability Director at Whirlpool Corporation and believes that a proactive approach, with novel business models and design practices, can deliver sustainable products and services to market that have a positive impact on people and the planet. Ron proudly serves as a board member for the Alliance for Water Efficiency and the Girl Scouts of Northern Indiana-Michiana, on the UNEP SETAC Life Cycle Initiative Steering Committee, and as a member of the Industry Advisory Group for the Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering Department at the University of Notre Dame. He holds 36 U.S. and several European patents with more currently pending.
