Stephan Sicars

Stephan Sicars moves resource efficiency to developing economies.

The current Director of the Department of Environment at UNIDO, Sicars, together with his team is also working on climate change adaptation and mitigation, water, chemicals as well as pollutants where related to industries in developing countries and economies in transition. His previous roles include involvement with IPCC as a contributing lead author and managing the Research Center for Refrigeration in Germany. He has received the US-EPA Ozone Award.
