The survey commissioned by Sitra was carried out by Innolink in 2021. The target population consisted of large enterprises and SMEs (excluding entrepreneurs) in Finland, France, Germany and the Netherlands. The study is based on 1200 responses. This report presents the main findings of the study.

The survey was conducted as part of Sitra’s IHAN® project, which aims to build the foundation for a fair data economy and create international rules and solutions for the fair exchange and use of data.
